Suggest a reply when I take over in Inbox

When I take over a conversation, I often type an answer that's already in our Library, or one I've written many times before. The agent clearly knows the material.

Idea: after I accept a request, show a suggested reply drafted from Library and the conversation so far. I edit it and send it myself, so nothing reaches the customer without me. Saved replies for the things we say all the time would be a nice addition.
