Notify Slack or Microsoft Teams when a visitor asks for a person

Operator requests only reach us if someone has the dashboard open and is marked available. Our team lives in Slack, and when nobody is looking at Inbox, requests wait until they time out and go back to the AI agent.

A message in a Slack channel (or Teams, for other teams) saying a visitor is waiting, with a link to the conversation in Inbox, would fix most of this. Replying from the thread would be a bonus, but even the alert alone would help a lot.
