Our help articles show up in the widget's Help tab, which customers like. But there's no page they can bookmark, share or find from a search engine, so the same articles also live on our website as a copy that's always slightly out of date.

We'd love a public help center built from the same articles, on our own domain, with search, so there's one source for everything.

    This shipped as Portals. Create an Articles portal, pick the collections you already show in the widget, and add your own domain on the Domain tab. The same articles appear in the widget and on the portal, with search, and you can show your chat widget on every page. You're reading this on one.
