Link ideas to the conversations and Cases behind them

We run our own ideas board on a portal now. Votes tell us how many people want something, but not why. Often the real story is in a support chat or a Case where a customer explained what they were trying to do.

It would help to link an idea to those conversations and Cases, and see them listed on the idea in the dashboard. Product decisions would then start from what customers actually said.
