Import Contacts from a CSV

Contacts fill themselves in from conversations and forms, which is great for new people. But we already have our existing customers in a spreadsheet, and help.ai only learns about them when they happen to chat.

Importing a CSV with name, email, company and a few custom columns would give our team context from the very first message, and Signals would land on a known customer instead of an anonymous visitor.
