Show a summary when I take over a conversation

Some conversations are long by the time a visitor asks for a person. When I accept the request, I scroll through everything to work out what they want, what the agent already tried and what details we have.

A short summary at the top would save that scroll: what the customer needs, what's been answered, any order numbers or emails collected, and why a person was requested.
